Shana Zotikos-Executive Director

Shana Zotikos is Executive Director at North Idaho Aids Coalition (NIAC). Shana joined NIAC in June 2017. Shana will focus on leading the operation, management and development of the organization. Other key initiatives are developing and implementing fundraising events, managing donor relations, strengthening community partnerships and engagement. Shana has more than 20 years of experience working in private, public and non-profits businesses in leading, planning, managing and reporting on a variety of programs and projects. Shana is a graduate of Chapman University with a master’s degree in human resources management. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Lewis-Clarke State College and is pursuing her Ph.D. in Leadership Studies at Gonzaga University.

Julie McHugh-Supervising Medical Case Manager

Julie McHugh is Supervisor, Medical Case Manager at North Idaho AIDS Coalition (NIAC). Julie joined NIAC in August 2011. Julie will focus on supervising and providing medical case management care services to clients who are infected with and affected by HIV in Health District 1 and Health District 2 that encompasses the state’s ten most northern counties: Benewah, Bonner, Boundary, Kootenai, Shoshone, Clearwater, Latah, Idaho, Lewis, and Nez Perce. Other key initiatives are coordinating client services for Ryan White Part B and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS/HIV (HOPWA), AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP), and Idaho AIDS Drug Assistance Program (IDGAP). Julie has 20 years of experience as a licensed social worker. Julie holds a bachelor’s of art degree in social work from Eastern Washington University (EWU).

Scott White-Medical Case Manager

Scott White is Medical Case Manager for North Idaho AIDS Coalition (NIAC). Scott joined NIAC in April 2017. Scott will focus on medical case management care services to clients who are infected with and affected by HIV in Health District 1 and Health District 2 that encompasses the state’s ten most northern counties: Benewah, Bonner, Boundary, Kootenai, Shoshone, Clearwater, Latah, Idaho, Lewis, and Nez Perce. Other key initiatives are coordinating client services for Ryan White Part B and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS/HIV (HOPWA), AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP), and Idaho AIDS Drug Assistance Program (IDGAP). Scott has 16 years of experience as a licensed social worker. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Lewis-Clark State College (LCSC).

Ryan Marczak-Prevention Coordinator & Social Services Assistant

Ryan Marczak is Prevention Coordinator and Social Services Assistant at North Idaho AIDS Coalition (NIAC). Ryan joined NIAC in August 2016. Ryan will focus on coordinating and administering prevention services to high risk groups to reduce and prevent HIV infection and transmission. Other key initiatives are delivery of community prevention strategies, free HIV and Hepatitis C testing, marketing of agency, and office administration. Ryan is pursuing a degree in community health at North Idaho College (NIC).
